2 Sous-Vide Chicken Legs
Keep frozen and use by best before date on package.
Oven & BBQ/Pan
Thoroughly defrost, remove the chicken from the Sous-Vide bag and slowly heat up in an oven at 90 degrees Celsius. Brown off on a BBQ or in the pan.
Hot Water & BBQ/Pan
Remove from the freezer and place the vacuum bag in a warm water bath (~75 degrees Celsius) for approximately two hours. Following that, remove the chicken from the vacuum bag and place onto a BBQ, or into a frying pan to brown off the outside.
