Delivery & Payments

All items are shipped directly to you or a central pick-up location, unless you opt for free store collection. When you place an order, you'll be notified during checkout of the the delivery costs and once the order has been sent, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation.

Delivery Area & Prices

Once you have completed your shopping and entered your delivery address the website will calculate the total delivery cost. We are always looking at options to reduce the delivery costs for our customers, but of course ensuring that our goods arrive in a fresh and chilled condition. Our delivery costs start at THB225 for Central Thailand. 

Delivery Methods

Chilled or frozen goods deliveries are sent by a third party logistics company.

Delivery Times

Where possible we aim for delivery within 2-3 business days, but this is dependent on timing for the availability of dry ice for the packaging. Once the dry ice has been delivered and the product has been shipped it will arrive next day. Our support team will keep you fully updated on the status of your order and when it has been shipped. 

 

Payments

We accept online banking and ATM bank transfers from most Thai banks. Payments must be received before an order is made ready for delivery.
