Once orders have been placed and paid for, they cannot be changed or cancelled. Therefore, please make sure your order is correct when you place it.
Principally, goods cannot be returned. However should your delivery include wrongly packed items, or defective products, please contact us as email@example.com.
In case of defective products at time of delivery, please provide us with a picture and time stamp, so that we may take up your case with our 3rd party logistics partner. Upon receipt of satisfactory evidence demonstrating the defective product we will offer to credit you for the same or a similar product in your next order.
